a) You Contact Us to return the product within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
b) Proof of purchase will be required along with detailed description and/or photographs of the fault or issue with the product.
c) The product is sent back in original condition and in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is missing, the item is non-returnable.
